With the current pandemic that we are facing, The rate of patients seeking medical assistance tripled since 2020. In line with this fact, the load for administrative tasks requires more time and effort jeopardizing quality healthcare provided.

Having this, we were able to identify the importance of healthcare administration tasks such as EHR documentation, insurance verification, billing, medication reconciliation, medication refills, scheduling, telehealth, front desk and credentialing.
